These references need to be current and they need to be from a variety of sources to paint a full picture for us, they cannot all be from the same place. Your Legal Affirmations and Understanding of Responsibilities

I/We, the undersigned, warrant the truth, completeness, and accuracy of the foregoing information and hereby authorize and consent to Renter’s Choice & Management Ltd. staff obtaining further information about me/us and to check the information that has been given by me/us.

Renter’s Choice & Management Ltd. may also disclose information about me/us to credit bureaus, other persons with whom I/we have or propose to have financial dealings, my/our employer, and previous landlords for the purpose of checking and verifying my/our employment information, rental history, and credit history, in order to approve my/our tenancy.

Renter’s Choice and Management Ltd. may also disclose information about me/us if it believes the disclosure is required by law.

I/We agree that the information so received and this application may be retained by Renter’s Choice & Management Ltd.

I/We provide consent for all parties named above to be contacted as necessary by the Renter’s Choice & Management Ltd staff.

I/We understand that this is the first step of a three-step application process. The second step consists of the application clerk processing our application, collecting documents, and contacting references. The third step will be final approval by the Leasing Clerk.

I/We understand that the applications clerk may request a bank check through Verifast.

I/We understand that income must be verified with a written letter of employment from each applicant’s employer to verify the position, guaranteed hours, and wage.

I/We understand that for facilitating the rental process, Renter’s Choice & Management Ltd will be paid $63 including GST (non-refundable) payable prior to move-in.

I/We understand that for settling the rental process, Renter’s Choice & Management Ltd will be paid $115 including GST (non-refundable) payable when notice to vacate is given.
